Native Mac apps. Android readers. Web-based productivity tools. I'm Kapil — a builder shipping real products. No bloat, no nonsense, just ideas turned into software.
I've always been a builder. Not someone who manages builds — someone who actually ships them.
I started with DissectMac — a native macOS storage analyzer that turned the frustrating "where did my disk space go?" question into an answer you can see in an instant. An interactive treemap. Full app uninstaller. System monitor. Built it because I needed it, and turns out a lot of Mac users did too.
Then came Sutta Companion — an Android app for reading the Pali Canon offline. Clean, fast, no ads, no bloat. Built on SuttaCentral's open data. Something I wanted for my own daily practice that didn't exist the way I wanted it.
Now building Pomogolo with a co-founder — a live Pomodoro PWA with an AI coaching layer that learns from your own session data. Not generic productivity advice. Your patterns, your blind spots, your path forward.
I use AI as an accelerator. Every architecture call, every product decision — that's still mine.
